Spring Jam 2010: Cardistry in White
SPRING JAM 2010 is a performance video filmed during the production of the new DVD on card flourishes, Papercuts. More can be read about Papercuts here: www.dananddave.com After we completed shooting studio segments for the DVD – the producers of Papercuts; artist Chris Hestnes, cinematographer Allan Hagen and producers Dan and Dave Buck got the idea of shooting a kick-ass performance video against a white background, very much a tribute to Dan and Dave’s original 2003 “Spring Jam” video. Filmed over a couple of hours on the set of Papercuts while listening to great music and having a fantastic time, the footage turned into this video that we decided to release while you’re waiting for the DVD itself. Remember – good things are worth waiting for, and be patient, because we are nearly there! Credits are in the video. Lastly – a special thanks to Kim Røen, our driver, HDR/stills photographer, supplier of magic headwear/hats and generally just a nice guy.
